- When the problem is not yet well defined, it is investigated with the people involved and the work that should follow is scoped.

- An existing system is assessed, with findings, risks and recommendations reported.
Plan
Decide exactly what will be built, and check it works for you.
- DesignFrom $4,000
- The solution is turned into a buildable design: architecture, interfaces and a work breakdown.
- PrototypeFrom $4,000
- The screens and flows are built as a working hosted prototype you can use before the build starts. Its code carries into the build.
Deliver
Build it, move it or change it, then hand it over.
- BuildFrom $10,000
- The application is built from the design and deployed, with source code and documentation handed over.
- MigrateFrom $4,000
- A system, dataset or platform is moved to a new environment and verified there.
- UpdateFrom $1,000
- An existing system is changed or extended and deployed, documented start to finish.
