Design
The problem is translated into a concrete, buildable solution: a design document with the architecture, interfaces, and a work breakdown.
Build
The solution is implemented from the design and deployed to production, handing over working software, source code, and documentation.
Audit
An existing system is assessed against defined criteria, with the findings, risks, and recommendations reported.
Migrate
A system, dataset, or platform is moved from one environment to another and verified in its new home.
Update
An existing system is changed or enhanced and the change deployed, with the work documented from start to finish.
